Nativity's adult faith formation features several opportunities in 2007-2008. Our focus is celebrating the mystery of Christ and the saints in time through the liturgical year. Many of these events are not just for adults but for the whole family.
Sunday Lenten Evensong
will be celebrated at 7pm beginning Sunday, February 10 and ending Easter Sunday night. Join us for 35 minutes of sung prayer as we pray the Liturgy of the Hours, lead by Nativity's lay leaders of prayer. A great way to begin a new week.
An evening on meditation and relaxation
Thursday, March 6, 7pm. March gets a boost with an evening on meditation and relaxation techniques featuring the return of Mr. Brian Shircliff who teaches a course on meditation at St. Xavier
Laetare Arts Series
Saturday, March 1, 7pm. is the tentative date for the fourth annual Laetare Arts Series. More info is forthcoming.
St. Joseph's Table
Tuesday, March 19. The St. Joseph's Table enters its third year on the feast day of St. Joseph. This will be held at 7pm in the school cafeteria. People serviced by our St. Vincent dePaul Society will be our honored guests.
Mary Service
Tuesday, May 13. The annual Mary Service is appropriately held on the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima at 7pm in Church.

Thursday, August 10.
Nativity had a well attended "grill out" to make the feast of St. Lawrence, deacon and martyr. St. Lawrence himself made an appearance.
Friday, July 14.
Nativity celebrated the Feast of Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha with a morning of Native American activities. Blessed Kateri and her "blackrobe" Jesuit confessor joined us for the activities.

Milford Spiritual Center Retreat Opportunities
The MSC is presenting Personally Directed Retreats. These individualized and silent retreats will offer participants a quite time spent in the tradition of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. Each day will include Mass and a 45 minutes meeting with a carefully selected spiritual directors, as well as time for contemplative and solitary activities, including prayer, journaling, walking on the grounds, art and music.
Although the retreat will last for seven days, accommodations can be made for shorter stays.
