1. Apply for Admission
Nativity School application packets can be obtained in one of two ways. If you have already requested a packet, it will arrive in your mailbox during the week of January 12, 2015.
- Parents can request an application packet be mailed to you by calling the School Office (513-458-6767) or sending an email (email@example.com).
- Parents may click the link to the application packet for the grade your child will be entering next school year. A checklist with all of the required documents is included in each packet.
Applications for the 2015-2016 school year will be accepted beginning February 2, 2015 for active Parish Members. Members of the community may submit applications beginning February 9, 2015. Applicants are encouraged to submit completed packets promptly as enrollment is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications must be received by May 15, 2015. Applications are considered complete when all of the required documents have been submitted.

2. Entrance Test or Kindergarten Round-Up
All students who apply for admission for grades one through 8 will take an entrance test. The test will include reading, math and a writing sample. Because our resources for extra services are limited, it is important to review the results of the test and the information in the application packet to help us determine if we can meet your child's academic needs.
Incoming Kindergarten students will be invited to attend a Kindergarten Round-Up session in March. During Kindergarten Round-Up we will work with the children individually and in small groups to assess their readiness and get to know the youngest prospective members of the Nativity community.
