Nativity Parish Vocation Ministry

Mission critical for any Vocation Ministry is helping all parishioners discern God’s will in their lives regardless of the particular vocation. We seek to build up our brothers and sisters in the universal call to holiness. When this goal is the focus—helping others hear the voice of God—then over time vocations will increase, including more seminarians, men in formation for the permanent diaconate, women and men preparing for consecrated life, and blessed marriages.

Vocation Ministry members are responsible for their own commitment to personal prayer. From this regular heart-to-heart conversation with Jesus flows the work of developing and implementing uplifting, encouraging, informative activities that create fruitful ground for God’s gift of vocations in the homes and hearts of parishioners.

If you are interested in becoming part of the core team for a ministry to promote a culture of vocations at Nativity of Our Lord Parish, please contact the pastor, Father Eric:
